$55/hour Simple hourly pricing for every type of clean.

Regular maintenance

Weekly, every other week, or monthly. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and the sand that always finds its way inside.

Deep cleaning

A top-to-bottom reset: baseboards, inside appliances, ceiling fans, cabinet fronts, and salt film on windows and sliders.

Move-in / move-out

Empty-home cleaning so you get your deposit back or start fresh in your new place.

Spend your Saturday at Sombrero Beach, not scrubbing the shower. While I clean, you get out and enjoy the island.

Seven Mile Bridge

The famous stretch of the Overseas Highway linking Marathon to the Lower Keys. The old bridge beside it, built for Flagler's railroad, is now a favorite walk and bike ride.

Sombrero Key Lighthouse

The iron lighthouse standing out on the reef off Marathon since 1858, watching over some of the best snorkeling in the Keys.

Sombrero Beach

Marathon's sandy public beach, with palm-shaded picnic spots, calm water, and sea turtles nesting in the summer.

The Turtle Hospital

A Marathon treasure that rescues, rehabs, and releases injured sea turtles. Their release days at Sombrero Beach are a local favorite.

Pigeon Key

The tiny island under the Old Seven Mile Bridge where the railroad workers once lived. Today it's a museum you can visit by ferry, bike, or on foot.

Crane Point

Nature trails through tropical hardwood hammock, a bird center, and a peek at old-Keys history, right in the middle of town.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

Nope. Many clients leave a key or door code. Whatever you're comfortable with works for me.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, all supplies and equipment are included. If you prefer certain products (eco-friendly, unscented, or your own), just let me know.

How much does a cleaning cost?

$55 per hour. How long a clean takes depends on the size of the space and the type of clean, so tell me about your place and I'll give you an estimate of the hours up front.

Do you clean offices and businesses?

Yes. Along with homes, I clean offices and commercial spaces around Marathon, weekly or on a schedule that fits your business.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Please give me at least 24 hours' notice and we'll find a new time.
